The 1600 mm Glass Washing Machine For Solar Reflecting Glass Before Mirror Glass Coating is composed of feed in part, acid chemial reaction part, disc brush part, cylindrical brush washing part,

drying part, feed out part, transmission mechanism, elevator mechanism, water cycling system, air blower

and control system.   

1.Feed in Part: This part has photoelectric sensing switch. No glass enters into the feed in part in the 

specified time, drive, brush and water pump will stop working, turn off the valve of air blower ( without this 

function about economic level ), air blower will under clocking (this function just for high level), to achieve 

the effect of saving power and noise.

2.Acid chemial reaction part: This part equipped with 1 set high pressure spraying section, 1 pair of cylindrical brush, acid washing set and a chemical reaction section.

3.Disc Brush Washing Part: 1 set disc brushes, 2 rows of disc brush, which adapts nylon gear

transmission with low noise, no rust, which can effectively prevent foreign body fell on the glass surface,

elevating system, can rise to 350 mm convenient cleaning maintenance.Each row of disc brush height can

be adjusted according to the thickness of the glass.Two rows of plates and a total of 12 disc brush, with 

the diameter of 160 mm, brush wire for Nylon66.

4. Cylindrical Brush Washing Part: Four pairs of cylindrical brushes, and two spraying sections, each one high pressure spray section before and after, every cylindrical brush and spray will be isolated.

5. Drying Part: Four pair of air knives.

6. Feed-out Part: Install the inspection of daylight lamp.

7. Transmission Mechanism: Install the driving of gear reducer motor, and the work life more than the 

triple of turbine reducer motor. The roll table will be transmission by helical gear, which is including the 

upper nylon gear and the below 45# steel gear. Ensure a steadier transmission and lower noise, 

meanwhile it is easy to maintain and change the gears.

8. Elevator Mechanism: It adopts the lead screw lifting, The upper box of washing section and drying 

section as a whole. Meanwhile lifting 400mm and easy to cleaning and maintain.

9. Water Cycling System: Every pair cylindrical brush and spray corresponds to the water cycling system,

And it has 3 water tanks, which include independent water tanks, independent water pump, independent 

spray pipe and independent water cycling system. 

10. Air Blower: High power of high pressure centrifugal blower will be installed within the air blower box, 

which is placed on the top of rack, to save the room. 

11. Control System: World-famous electrical parts, such as Omron, Schneider and LG etc.
